Request:
- requestType is getAccountCurrencies
- account is the account ID
- currency is a currency ID filter (optional)
- height is the blockchain height at which the response applies (optional, default is the current height)
- includeCurrencyInfo is true if several currency information properties is to be included (optional)
- requireBlock is the block ID of a block that must be present in the blockchain during execution (optional)
- requireLastBlock is the block ID of a block that must be last in the blockchain during execution (optional)
